Kugelpuls is committed to making the Service usable for everyone. This statement describes the current state of implementation in accordance with the requirements of the German Accessibility Act (BFSG – Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz) and EN 301 549. This translation is for information only; the German version is legally authoritative.

Scope

This statement applies to the website kugelpuls.com including the member and administration areas. Legal bases: the Equal Opportunities for Persons with Disabilities Act (BGG – Behindertengleichstellungsgesetz) and the German Accessibility Act (BFSG) in conjunction with EN 301 549.

State of Implementation

The service is based on semantic HTML, consistent keyboard operability of the core functions (registration, login, account, administration), high-contrast colour schemes including a light and a dark mode, scalability via browser zoom to at least 200 %, labels for form fields and buttons, as well as "prefers-reduced-motion" support that disables all animations. The assessment is carried out as a self-assessment; the last review was completed on 16.09.2026.

Known Limitations

  • Data-intensive administration tables (archive, hit lists) are optimised for large screens; the usable but not fully optimised alternative is card mode.
  • Some charts (frequency trends) are accessible to screen readers only via the underlying number series in text form.
  • Number-ball graphics carry alternative texts in abbreviated form.
